The Taiwan Epidemic Command Center announced on the 29th that there were 96 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Taiwan, including 33 local cases and 63 imported cases. In addition, there were no new deaths from confirmed cases.
The command center said that the new local cases that day were 15 males and 18 females, aged between under 5 years old and in their 70s.
The command center stated that the newly imported cases that day were 44 males and 19 females, aged between 5 and 70 years old, with 15 cases from Indonesia being the most.
According to the statistics of the command center, up to now, there have been 6,931,880 COVID-19-related notifications, of which 22,992 have been confirmed.
