It is understood that a victim surnamed Zhong, who was over 20 years old, saw the information of high salary recruitment on the Internet in July this year and went to the interview with his book and ID card according to the instructions of the other party. Unexpectedly, he was controlled and locked in a rented residential stronghold by a fraud group.
During this period, Mr. Zhong found that there were five other prisoners of the same age of 2 or 30 in the house. They were not only tied up, but even group members would take turns to guard to prevent them from escaping. Although three meals were provided, group members suspected of secretly taking drugs, which made them unable to resist escape.
According to the report, the purpose of the fraud groups to control them is to force them to hand over their bank accounts for use as personal accounts, and also to control their actions, simply because they are afraid that the victims will go to the police or notify the bank, resulting in the account being listed as a warning.
The murdered man surnamed Zhong was imprisoned for 8 days. On July 6, he begged the members of the fraud group to let him report his safety to his family. However, the members of the fraud group transferred him by car. The man surnamed Zhong jumped out of the car at the right moment and went straight to the police station beside him for help. The case was exposed.
The Xinpu police immediately launched an action to arrest three members of the fraud syndicate in a timely manner, and also rescued five other people who were imprisoned in the house and blindfolded. After many months of access to the financial flow analysis and investigation, in addition to transferring the suspects to the Xinzhu District Public Prosecutor’s Office for investigation, they also locked the accomplice who entrusted the intermediary to lease the house to the agent for continuous investigation.
