The police allege that the arrested man was a 25-year-old local man named Li. The police officer seized a petrol bomb on him. Yesterday, a man riding a motorcycle hoisted the “Hong Kong Independence” flag on Lockhart Road to the police officer, causing injuries to the hands and knees of three police officers. The driver was subsequently arrested for violating the Minato City National Security Act.
