According to the website of the National Bureau of Statistics, in March, the added value of the industrial enterprises above designated size actually decreased by 1.1% year-on-year (the growth rate of the following added value is the actual growth rate after deducting price factors). From the month-on-month perspective, in March, the added value of the industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 32.13% over the previous month. In the first quarter, the added value of industries above designated size declined by 8.4% year-on-year.
In terms of three categories, in March, the added value of the mining industry increased by 4.2% year-on-year, and fell by 6.5% from January to February; the manufacturing industry decreased by 1.8%, and the decline narrowed by 13.9 percentage points; electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply The industry declined by 1.6%, and the decline narrowed by 5.5 percentage points.
In terms of economic type, in March, the value added of state-owned holding companies fell by 2.5% year-on-year; joint-stock enterprises fell by 0.2%; foreign-invested and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan-invested enterprises fell by 5.4%; and private enterprises fell by 0.5%.
By industry, in March, the value-added of 16 industries in 41 major industries maintained year-on-year growth. The agricultural and sideline food processing industry decreased by 4.8%, the textile industry decreased by 5.5%, the chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry increased by 0.7%, the non-metallic mineral products industry decreased by 4.5%, the ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry increased by 4.1%, Rolling and processing industry increased by 2.8%, general equipment manufacturing decreased by 5.4%, special equipment manufacturing decreased by 2.2%, automobile manufacturing decreased by 22.4%, railway, shipbuilding, aerospace and other transportation equipment manufacturing increased by 0.5%, electrical machinery and equipment Manufacturing decreased by 0.4%, computer, communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing increased by 9.9%, and electricity, heat production and supply decreased by 1.7%.

In terms of products, in March, 227 of the 612 products increased year-on-year. Ten kinds of non-ferrous metals were 4.83 million tons, an increase of 1.6% year-on-year; flat glass was 78.33 million weight boxes, an increase of 0.5%; integrated circuits were 21.2 billion, an increase of 20.0%; steel was 98.88 million tons, a decrease of 0.1%; cement was 14.785 million tons, a decrease of 18.3 %; 1.73 million tons of ethylene, down 1.4%; 1.461 million vehicles, down 43.0%, of which, 64,000 new energy vehicles, down 43.9%; power generation 552.5 billion kWh, down 4.6%; crude oil processing capacity of 50.04 million tons , A decrease of 6.6%.
In March, the sales rate of products of industrial enterprises was 95.0%, a decrease of 4.1 percentage points from the same month of the previous year; the export delivery value of industrial enterprises reached 1.003 trillion yuan, a nominal increase of 3.1% year-on-year.
