2021 Chinese Holiday Schedule

With the approval of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, the specific arrangements for the holiday adjustment dates for New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Ching Ming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day in 2021 are hereby notified as follows.
2021 Chinese Holiday Schedule
1. New Year’s Day: Holidays from January 1 to 3, 2021, a total of 3 days.
2. Chinese New Year: February 11 to 17 will be closed for a total of 7 days. Work on February 7 (Sunday) and February 20 (Saturday).
3. Ching Ming Festival: April 3 to 5 will be closed for a total of 3 days.
4. Labor Day: May 1st to 5th, the holiday is adjusted for a total of 5 days. Work on April 25 (Sunday) and May 8 (Saturday).
5. Dragon Boat Festival: It will be a holiday from June 12 to 14, a total of 3 days.
6. ​​Mid-Autumn Festival: September 19-21 will be closed for a total of 3 days. Work on September 18 (Saturday).
7. National Day: October 1st to 7th, the holiday will be adjusted for a total of 7 days. Work on September 26 (Sunday) and October 9 (Saturday).
During the holidays, all regions and departments must properly arrange duty, safety, and security work. In case of major emergencies, they must promptly report and properly handle them according to regulations to ensure that the people spend the holiday in peace and safety.
