The list is evaluated based on dimensions such as consumption big data, business scale, praise rate, operating efficiency, brand influence, etc., and finally the top 100 brands are comprehensively selected, of which Chongqing hot pot brands have the largest number.

The 2020 China Hot Pot Influence Ceremony aims to strengthen the mutual exchanges and learning of national hot pot brands, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of China’s hot pot industry.
China’s top 100 hot pot brands come from nearly 20 provinces including Chongqing, Beijing, Shanghai, Sichuan, Zhejiang, Henan, Jiangxi, Heilongjiang, Guangdong and Shandong. Among them, Chongqing is far ahead with 23 hot pot brands on the list. Among them, Liu Yishou hot pot, Dezhuang hot pot, Little Swan hot pot, Jiugongge hot pot, Yuwei Xiaoyu hot pot and other famous brands are all from Chongqing.
At present, Chongqing hot pot companies such as Little Swan, Qin Ma, Sister Su, Liu Yishou among the top 100 hot pot companies in China have opened more than 200 overseas stores in more than 20 countries and regions including the United States, Singapore, Australia, and Canada.
