It will construct military games venues with “craftsmanship spirit” and “century standards” and complete the main stadium. 8. Shenzhen Universiade Center

The stadium is the same as the Beijing “Water Cube”. The exterior uses an ETFE membrane structure. The stadium has an advanced water seepage system. Even if the rain falls, there will be no water. It has 61,000 seats.
10. Changsha Helong Sports Center
Changsha Helong Sports Center, also known as “New Century Cultural Center”, is located in Tianxin District, south of Changsha City, Hunan Province. The center started construction on December 28, 2000, and its inauguration ceremony was held on October 7, 2003. On the basis, the auxiliary facilities with complete functions have been transformed and expanded. It has 60,000 spectator seats.
